Return & Refund Policy — Rough Clothing

At Rough Clothing, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy for eligible items.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@rough.lk within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  3. Clearly include the RAN inside the package.
  4. Ship the item to the return address provided by Rough Clothing.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately at contact@rough.lk with your order details and photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Important Notes

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
