Return & Refund Policy — Rough Clothing
At Rough Clothing, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy for eligible items.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at info@rough.lk within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- Clearly include the RAN inside the package.
- Ship the item to the return address provided by Rough Clothing.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us immediately at contact@rough.lk with your order details and photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Important Notes
- Items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
