- Local Delivery (Sri Lanka): Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days.
- International Delivery: Currently unavailable.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website and promotional materials.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information to ensure successful delivery.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@rough.lk. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

- Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.
- Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes to the delivery address.
