To return an item:

  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  • Include the return authorization number in the package.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by Rough Clothing.

Return shipping costs:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.


The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom orders
  • Damaged or defective items:
